Dr Steffen is highly trained and experienced in early interceptive orthodontic treatment (from as young as 4). He considers the whole patient development throughout his treatment and connects the dots between breathing, teeth, function and development. In getting the structure of the arch organised at an early age,we can improve breathing, the risk of teasing at school or traumatic damage to the teeth is greatly reduced.

He is one of the world’s leading Clear Aligner providers in children and lingual orthodontists having treated over 1300 lingual orthodontic patients and has served as a member of the Global Advisory Board for 3M and has been their Clinical Advisor for Western Europe.

He is the Director of two MSc programs at the City of London Dental School and Bolton University. Dr Steffen was an Official Invisalign Clinical Speaker, lecturing worldwide.
